Have always had an excellent level of service from this Practice - they have always been efficient, welcoming and reassuring. After returning from holiday with tooth problems I rang for an emergency appointment first thing this morning. I was seen at 10:30 am and had the offending tooth removed by 11:00 am. I couldn't ask for a better level of service both Dr Adloo and Louise were great.

I have recently undergone some treatment at VHDP and I would like to sing the praises of the team that looked after me.

Mr Adloo and his nurse Louise are highly professional but at the same time have a relaxed manner that instantly puts you at ease.

In addition Charlotte my dental hygienist is not only friendly, courteous , professional and knowledgeable but very attractive too!

Excellent service from Mr Adloo and his assistant Louise. I have had several dental problems, and now I am confident they have all been treated and am sure that my teeth are now in really good shape. Mr Adloo is really caring and makes sure his treatments are not too painful.
Dental hygienist Charlotte is also excellent.

They overcharged me 35.00 when I visited the hygienist last time and asked me not to pay for my next visit. Called them today for an appointment for a hygienist next week but it's fully booked (No dentist available as I had to see a dentist before seeing a hygienist for additional 17.50). I asked for a refund and it was agreed. She called me again within ten minutes after talking to her MANAGER and said "they could squeeze an appointment for 30 minutes next week for a hygienist without seeing a dentist but I still pay the additional 17.50 dentist charge'. I asked why should I pay 17.50 if I don't see the dentist and she replied " I spoke to my MANAGER and you can have additional 10 minutes of cleaning". I said it does't make any sense and asked for the refund and it was agreed. They simply asking for some free money.

Within 15 mins time received a text saying I have an appointment booked for tomorrow. What a joke. Called them again and asked them for an explanation. No apologies, explanations or anything, another women spoke to her MANAGER and said " you will get your refund from head office". Can I have a confirmation text/mail or a reference number for this issue because I don't trust you anymore, simply replied "No, our MANAGER will sort it out". It's a disgraceful service and waste of time.
